From mountains to lakes, from beaches to hills, the province of Latina offers various options not only with a cultural background but also naturalistic, gastronomic and why not, sporting.

A bit of history
Latina is a provincial capital of the Lazio Region and is one of the youngest cities in Italy. Daughter of the Fascist era, it was founded in 1932 and baptized with the name of Littoria; in 1945 the name was replaced, and since then it has been known as Latina.
To visit Piazza del Quadrato as evidence of the first milestone of Littoria, the former Opera dei Combattenti today Museo della Terra Pontina, Piazza dei Bonificatori with the office post office, Piazza del Popolo with its Civic Tower, Piazza della Libertà with the Government Palace, and much more, up to the well-known Palazzo “M” (formerly the Fascio house) part of the Forum Mussolini.
A few kilometers from the city is the - private - Museum of Piana delle Orme where it is possible to retrace the history of Italy, in detail from the reclamation of the Pontine countryside to today.
Nature and Relax
Latina extends to the foot of the Lepini Mountains. Here our gaze is captured by the multiple shades of green of the surrounding vegetation, but as we turn our attention elsewhere, the blue of the sea takes over... Come on Gardens of Ninfa, Circeo Park, Fogliano Lake, since on the Pontine Islands (Ponza, Ventotene, Palmarola), to Lake Paola, to the Sabaudia seafront with its coastal dune, to the very fine sandy beaches of Sperlonga with its small and characteristic village, to the Bombardieri beach in San Felice Circeo made of white stones with the Cave of the prisoners in which to swim... a charm... an experience that will make your memory indelible forever...
